SUMMARY
'Your Rights, Your Voice' is a university project addressing the pervasive workplace challenges confronting Australian trade apprentices, including bullying, harassment, wage theft, and safety concerns. These issues not only jeopardize their professional development but also have detrimental effects on their mental health and overall well-being.
The project's core objective is to develop a comprehensive toolkit that serves as a vital resource for both apprentices and employers. This toolkit will encompass educational materials, practical resources, and access to support services. By equipping individuals with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate and address these issues, 'Your Rights, Your Voice' empowers them to advocate for their rights and create positive change within the industry.
